[THIS STORY WAS WRITTEN ALMOST THREE YRS AGO BY MYSELF WITH A LOT OF MISTAKES IN IT ALTHOUGH THE STORY IS STILL THE SAME. I WAS IN 10TH AT THAT TIME...AND I AM PUBLISHING IT HERE NOW.HOPEFULLY YOU WILL LIKE IT. IT'S A LIL LONG SO I AM WRITING IT IN TWO PARTS]

TSUNAMI-the so called wave which destroyed many families, made many children orphans was also responsible for destroying Manav’s family. He saw his near one’s bodies floating. He would also have been in heaven with his family if his uncle would not have saved him from drowning. There was no future in Cuddulore-the native place where Manav lived and thus his uncle,Mahesh Mariyappan took his nephew to Mumbai.

Manav got a job of an engineer in a small company that made mobile batteries. He was doing his job perfectly. But somewhere he was depressed about loosing his family.

One day, while coming to his home from office, he was stopped by some boys.

“HEY!! Looser!!Come here.” One of them howled on him. Manav went to them.

“Do you have any money?” another inquired.

It was the first day of the month and Manav had got his income today. He knew luck was not with him. But still he replied.

“Even if I had then also I won’t give you.”

This was enough reason for the “BAD” boysto beat him and take his money.

Manav cried,wept,washed the blood that was dripping like water and just slept. Fortunately, for Manav, his uncle had gone to Cuddulore with his family. Actually he had no family except his wife and Manav.

It went like this for whole month until his uncle came back.

He watched a sudden change in his boy. He was very much depressed and physically was horrible comparing to his original health.

Mahesh asked, “Manav,you are looking weak and that too mentally.what happened??”

“Nothing uncle, I’m fine.” Obvious answer.

“No.I don’t think so. What are you thinking about?”

“I’m thinking about nothing.” Manav replied angrily. But he suddenly broke before Mahesh. He cried and told everything to his uncle and they both decided to go a counselor-Dr.Kapoor.

Dr.Kapoor was a friend of Mahesh and a renowned counselor too. Manav wasn’t interested much but went for the sake of small family.

They went to Dr.Kapoor’s house in the evening since Mahesh wanted to talk about it deeply. The plan was having dinner at Dr.Kapoor’s big bungalow and was decided by th doctor friend.
